English and Maths Tutor in Oxfordshire
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and effective English and Maths tutoring sessions to students
* Develop tailored lesson plans and supplemental materials based on individual student needs
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Utilise a variety of teaching methods to enhance student learning
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Demonstrated expertise in teaching English and Maths
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English and Maths
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum for English and Maths
* Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, flexible schedule, work in a classroom or tutoring centre setting, occasional travel may be required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
