Recruiter/Key Client Manager - IT/Tech/Data/Digital
Location: Hybrid with (2 days per week in our Lichfield City Centre office)
Data Careers, a Lichfield based based successful and growing it/Tech/Data/Digital Recruitment services company are looking to recruit an expeirenced Recruiter with a background in IT/Tech/Data/Digital to own relationships with key client stakeholders and deliver contract & permanent recruitment solutions to these clients.
* Own the relationships with a number of key clients and deliver solutions to these clients (Contract and/or Perm)
* Dive into our network of UK clients, flexing your charm and showing them why we're the real deal when it comes to scaling up their tech & data teams
* Build realtaionships with clients, understanding their needs inside out, and making sure we're always one step ahead.
* Get stuck into the UK & Data tech scene - from events to webinars
Skills required:
1. Proven Recruitement experience within the IT/Tech/Data/Digital space
2. Proven experience managing relationships with key stakeholders within clients.
3. A passion for connecting with candidates and staying on top of the latest recruiting trends.
