The Role
As Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Amazon UK strategy. You'll manage day-to-day operations, build strong relationships with Amazon Vendor partners, and identify growth opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver on the Amazon Business Plan
* Manage Amazon Seller Central and internal systems
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings
* Develop and execute promotional calendarsHit sales and profit targets
* Collaborate with commercial, marketplace, and web teams
* Implement processes to reduce queries and improve efficiency
* Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting
* Seek new opportunities for marketplace growth
* Manage buy box strategies
Essential Experience & Skills
* Proven success in business development and online sales
* Strong background in key account management
* Experience managing marketplace operations
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable
* Experience with FS & Furniture categories
* High competency in marketplace systems
* Track record of growing sales across multiple marketplaces
* Operational and fulfilment strategy experience
