We’re looking for a Senior BDM – Renewables O&M to drive strategic growth across solar PV, BESS, EV infrastructure and private networks. This isn’t about selling commoditised maintenance — it’s about positioning O&M and asset management as value‑critical, risk‑managed, lifecycle services that protect and enhance the performance of complex renewable assets.
In this senior, market‑facing role, you will:
🔹 Lead the O&M growth strategy and open doors across investor, fund, utility, developer and owner‑operator portfolios
🔹 Build a high‑quality, recurring revenue pipeline across long‑term O&M, COMA and asset management contracts
🔹 Act as the senior commercial interface through bid, negotiation and mobilisation
🔹 Shape commercial models, pricing strategies, risk allocation and performance regimes
🔹 Influence early‑stage project decisions to embed O&M‑led design and lifecycle optimisation 🔹 Develop differentiated propositions across HV/LV operations, AP/CE services, compliance, optimisation and asset stewardship
🔹 Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering, operations and HV authorising teams to ensure seamless delivery
What you’ll bring:
✔ Deep renewables O&M or asset management experience
✔ Strong commercial leadership and negotiation capability
✔ A track record of securing long‑term, multi‑year service agreements
✔ The ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
✔ A mindset focused on value, risk, performance and lifecycle optimisation
