️ Service Manager – Sprinkler Systems | Hybrid (St Albans / London Office) | £50,000–£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus\n\n Location: Hybrid – Office in St Albans or London\n Salary: £55,000–£65,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Car Allowance\n\nPertemps is pleased to be working with a fire protection contractor seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and develop their sprinkler servicing division.\n \nThis hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, operational oversight, and client management skills within the sprinkler/fire protection industry. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, the office, and attend sites as required.\n\nThe Role:\n\nLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sprinkler service department\nOversee a team of engineers and coordinators, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to high standards\nEnsure compliance with British Standards (e.g. BS EN12845, BS9251) and health & safety regulations\nCoordinate service contracts, site visits, scheduling, and reporting\nAct as the main point of contact for key clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support\nIdentify and implement improvements to streamline service delivery and grow department revenues\nSupport commercial and estimating teams with quoting for remedial works and upgrades\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in a service manager or operations management role within the sprinkler/fire protection industry\nTechnical understanding of commercial and residential sprinkler systems\nStrong leadership and organisational skills\nExcellent communication and client-facing ability\nExperience with contract management and scheduling software\nFull UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary: £50,000–£65,000 (depending on experience)\nPerformance-related bonus\nCar allowance or company vehicle\nHybrid working: part remote, part office/site-based\nCareer progression in a growing, forward-thinking business\nApply now or get in touch to discuss further on (phone number removed)
