We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Controller to join our team in Waltham Forest.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can take ownership and responsibility for managing today’s schedule of appointments proactively, ensuring the schedule and resources meet our commitments to customers.

You’ll handle complex repairs, demanding customers, and cases where service has failed, to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. You will oversee jobs allocated to subcontractors to ensure customers receive the same level of service as they would from an MSPS operative.

To maximize productivity, you’ll understand the workload and alert the Team Leader to any issues requiring intervention.

About You

Candidates should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Previous experience in the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade background, along with good problem-solving skills, is preferred.
