The school are looking for a supportive, approachable and resilient individual to work closely with the pastoral lead in creating a safe and positive learning environment. This role would suit someone with a background in pastoral, behaviour or wellbeing support, or an experienced Teaching Assistant who wants to make a real difference for students facing barriers to learning.
