Your new role Manage all health, safety, and environmental aspects across decarbonisation, underfloor heating, and maintenance/service projects to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programmes that ensure safe, compliant workplaces and meet or exceed environmental standards. Monitor regulatory compliance, identify and minimise workplace hazards, and promote a strong culture of safety and wellbeing. Work closely with the HSE Manager, in‑house teams, and clients throughout all project stages to deliver effective HSE management arrangements aligned with legal and client-specific requirements. Drive continuous improvement through best practices and innovative approaches, with a strong focus on behavioural safety. Lead by example to cultivate a positive safety culture across all operational areas. Conduct regular site visits to build strong relationships and provide expert HSE support and guidance.
