A growing, purpose-led organisation is looking for a Head of Facilities to take ownership of their estate and shape the future of its workplace strategy.

The Role
You will lead both strategic and operational facilities management, taking full ownership of:
* Workplace and estate strategy across multiple sites
* Major projects including office relocation and fit-outs
* Health & Safety transformation and compliance
* ESG and sustainability initiatives
* Supplier and contractor management
* Workplace experience and office engagement
You will also play a key role in deciding the future of a large, complex Manchester HQ, with significant investment or relocation on the table.

* Proven experience in a senior FM / workplace / estates role
* Strong track record delivering projects such as relocations or fit-outs
* Solid understanding of H&S and compliance frameworks
* Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
* Confident influencing across legal, finance, and operations
