The Opportunity
We’re partnered with a global facilities business undergoing a major digital transformation following a high-impact merger in late 2023. Operating across 30 countries with 120,000 employees, they’re now investing heavily in Salesforce as a platform to unify internal operations and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Reporting into the Head of Salesforce, you’ll be one of the key players in a small, agile team of four. The business is fast-paced and constantly evolving — so you’ll have a real opportunity to shape, scale, and optimise their Service Cloud instance from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain automations (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
* Work closely with the Head of Salesforce on platform roadmap and delivery
* Support functional areas across HR, Finance, Ops, Health & Safety
* Help launch new features such as customer landing pages and AI tools
* Identify process improvements and lead best practices across users and teams
* Stay active in the Salesforce community and contribute new ideas
About You
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment
* Confident with declarative tools: Flows, Reports/Dashboards, Permission Sets
* Experience working with Sales Cloud is essential
* You enjoy working with both tech and business stakeholders
* You stay up to date with Salesforce trends, releases, and features
