The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on supply planning, 3PL management, and strategic customer collaboration. This is a hands-on, transformational role where you will optimise processes, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead supply planning, aligning closely with demand forecasts and business priorities.
* Manage 3PL partners, optimising logistics, warehousing, and operational processes.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing order flows and resolving issues efficiently.
* Own ERP/MRP systems, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and customer service team.
About You
* Proven experience in supply chain management and customer collaboration.
* Strong ERP/MRP expertise, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Commercially astute, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker who is hands-on, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
