What You Will Be Doing
* Elevating Customer Experience: Delivering the One Luxe Experience by consistently executing the One Luxe service model for a premium and personalized customer experience.
* Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products, share the brands’ heritage, and provide tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs.
* Brand Excellence: Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
* Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain knowledge of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert advice and personalized recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
* Achieving Sales Targets: Meet individual and counter sales goals as agreed with your line manager.
* Building Client Relationships: Develop authentic relationships with customers, in-store and via digital channels, to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Promoting Events and Activities: Inform customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
* Creating Engaging Experiences: Design and execute innovative events and animations to drive interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
* Brand Advocacy: Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
Operational Excellence
* Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand expertise.
* Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily and weekly tasks online and offline using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
* Maintaining Counter Standards: Uphold high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping a clean, organized, and inviting counter environment.
