About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our partnered school in Redhill, supporting children with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on young learners' lives. Position:
* 1:1 Teaching Assistant
* Location: Crawley
* Type: Full-time, term time only
* Start Date: September 2024
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to SEN learners, particularly those with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs.
* Assist in creating and delivering a creative, relevant, and practical curriculum.
* Collaborate with teachers to support learning objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
* Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Relevant teaching assistant and SEN experience (must provide references)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (willingness to get one)
* A nurturing, patient, and committed approach to making learning accessible
