Your Role Will Include:
1. Working 1:1 with pupils who require consistent, calm support
2. Leading small-group interventions
3. Using strong behaviour management strategies
4. Supporting de-escalation and emotional regulation
5. Building trusting relationships to improve engagement
6. Functioning as a core Teaching Assistant within a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
7. Experience in SEMH, SEN, PRU or alternative provision (desirable)
8. Experience in working with children/young people (essential)
9. Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviour
10. Strong communication, with an adaptive mindset
11. A passion for inclusion and supporting young learners
