This role is ideal for an organised administrator with strong systems and financial admin experience. Key Duties Provide administrative support to the team Maintain property records, databases, and spreadsheets Act as a point of contact for contractors and operational staff Support financial administration including budgets, orders, and invoices Maintain records on Office 365 / SharePoint Assist with reporting, data collection, and project work Working Arrangements Office-based in Poundbury until training completed Hybrid working thereafter Travel locally own vehicle essential Requirements Minimum 4 GCSEs (AC / 94) * including Maths & English Previous administrative experience Confident using Microsoft Office
