You will be joining this organisation's team as a Help Desk Administrator to support one of the members' absence until December.

Your new role
You will be assisting the team with the following administrative duties:
1. First point of contact for all customers/teams requiring support to raise a job.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations for the estates helpdesk via a bespoke facilities system.
3. Analyse system data to track job processes, reports, stats etc.
4. Regularly report on the status of jobs to customers, finance and facilities managers.
5. Administration work: create orders, closepeted work, process invoices and maintain filing system.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Strong administrative experience within a help desk role or facilities coordinator position is preferred.
7. Ability to be flexible with cover and shift patterns if required.
8. Strong customer service background.
9. Excellent phone manner.
10. Detail orientated.
