Pay
Base pay range is available upon contact. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Role
* Support the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure a seamless guest experience, assisting the F&B Manager.
* Supervise dining areas, manage rotas, maintain standards, assist during peak periods, order supplies, and familiarise yourself with our menu offerings.
* Train the team, maximise revenue, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience & Skills Required
* Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
* Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or related field) desirable; relevant experience will also be considered.
* Excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and a customer service‑driven attitude.
Schedule
* 7‑day a week business, 06:00 to 23:00.
* Shift patterns vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
* Evening availability for functions until 02:00.
