About the Administrative Assistant position:
Our client, a public sector organisation based in East Sussex is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join them on a temporary basis, which will be for a minimum of 3 months.
This opportunity is offered on a full-time basis, with office attendance required 5 days per week.
The successful Administrative Assistant will be working within a small, friendly team and will be responsible for undertaking a range of duties, which may include;
* Liaising with internal and external clients via telephone/email/in-person
* Updating and maintaining records
* Ordering office supplies
Prior experience of working within a similar role would be preferred.
