Robert Half has partnered with a corporate financial services business to recruit for a Client Service Advisor to be based fully on-site in Worcestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, credit control, accounts receivable, or client-facing roles to work with corporate clients and deliver tailored financial solutions. Previous commercial insurance experience is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their financial needs.
* Liaise with insurers or partners to offer suitable solutions.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure all interactions are documented.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their financial requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Salary & Benefits:
* £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
* Fully on-site role in Worcestershire.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
