What you’ll get involved in Your role will include: Supporting balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and reviews Assisting with month-end accounting entries, including accruals and prepayments Maintaining key financial records and supporting asset-related accounting Contributing to short-term cashflow monitoring and reporting Reviewing and validating employee and business expense submissions Assisting with periodic finance reporting requirements Supporting general ledger accuracy and control processes Working within established financial policies and procedures Providing broader support to the finance team as priorities evolve Who this is for You’ll likely be someone who: Is a recent finance/accounting graduate, or Is towards the end of their AAT studies, or is in the early stages of studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA Has some exposure to finance or transactional accounting (AP, AR or similar) Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical capability Has solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs beneficial) Is comfortable working to deadlines, particularly around month end Brings a proactive and adaptable approach Most importantly, you’ll be motivated to learn and keen to build a long-term career in finance.
