Champion internal knowledge sharing and train users across various business functions to drive strong adoption. Own the post-go-live product roadmap to ensure the organization maximizes its investment in Sage X3. Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and lead configuration of Sage X3 modules. Serve as the escalation point for complex support issues, providing expert-level guidance.
