Our Greensleeves Care Home, Henley House in Ipswich, is seeking an Administrator to provide administrative support for the Registered Manager.
We work as a team in the office, supporting each other at all times. You will be working in the main office alongside the Service Support Manager and the Care & Compliance Manager.
What you’ll be doing
* Handling general enquiries via telephone and correspondence, along with other administrative tasks.
* Maintaining personal records of staff, including sickness, absence, holidays, timesheets, payroll, and filing.
* Supporting the Registered Manager with recruitment advertising and onboarding new hires.
What you’ll need
* Previous experience in an office environment with general administration duties.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a professional and confident telephone manner.
