Project Manager – MOD Contractor
Location: Dartmouth
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance / Company Car

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee successful project delivery from inception to completion
2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure targets are met
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations
4. Ensure compliance with MOD security protocols, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
5. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget
6. Drive continuous improvements and efficiency within project management processes
Key Requirements (Skills & Experience)
To be successful in this role, you should have:
7. HNC or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
8. Proven experience in a Contracts or Project Manager role
9. Experience managing construction and property maintenance programmes (MOD experience advantageous)
10. Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH, plus Asbestos Awareness
11. Strong supply chain management skills and good local industry knowledge
12. Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it) due to nature of MOD work
13. Full UK Driving Licence
14. Excellent IT skills including MS Office; CAFM software experience beneficial
