As Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products are where they need to be – on time, in the right quantity and to the highest standards. You'll support and optimise key supply chain functions including inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, and compliance. Working closely with our partners, 3PL providers, and internal teams, you’ll ensure we run an efficient, cost-effective operation that’s ready to scale with our growing brand. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all shipping and delivery logistics Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and couriers to make sure products are transported on time, cost-effectively and without issues. Ensure timely, accurate deliveries by managing shipment tracking and communication with carriers. Maintain accurate records of shipments and costs. Resolve export order issues and manage customs documentation to ensure delivery timelines are met. Implement process changes as required by shifts in trade agreements or regulatory requirements. Keep products in stock and maintain accurate inventory records Work with our 3PL partners to maintain accurate stock levels and identify opportunities for efficiency. Use our Inventory Management System to manage accurate stock records. Help fix issues with orders, returns or inventory errors to keep things running smoothly. Keep an eye on stock discrepancies and make sure products are labelled and handled correctly to meet compliance standards. Support forecast planning and production schedules. Place and track orders with suppliers and factories Place and track manufacturing orders with factories and suppliers. Make sure products are made and delivered on time to meet stock needs and sales plans. Monitor lead times and delivery schedules to ensure supply meets demand. Liaising across other teams to ensure clear visibility of supply chain updates. Monitor supply chain performance and identify process improvements Gather and analyse supply chain data to support KPI tracking. Assist with end-of-month reporting and stock costing. Monitor freight and warehouse costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to implement best practices. Ensure product master data is accurate and well-maintained. Support quality control by checking factory reports and resolving issues Check factory quality reports and help sort out any problems. Support quality control checks and keep track of any issues with products. Complete annual EPR reporting and packaging waste requirements within the EU.
