About the role Title – Administrator Pay Rate – £29,600 Location – Hybrid ( Northampton and working from home) Shift Timings – Monday to Friday, 42 hours a week BardWood Support Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Admin support prestigious corporate site and also from home, where you will be required to provide exceptional service within reception, playing an instrumental role in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude. What will you get in return? Your main responsibilities may include: Communication: Answering phones, managing emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Correspondence: Drafting letters, reports, and other business documents. Scheduling: Booking meeting rooms, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments. Record Keeping: Maintaining organized files (physical and digital), updating databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements. Basic Bookkeeping: Processing invoices, tracking expenses, and handling other basic financial tasks. Support: Providing administrative support to staff and management, often including tasks related to events and special projects.
