We are delighted to be working in partnership with our award winning client based in Dunblane who is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Legal Administrator / Secretary on a full time, permanent basis. \n The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and secretarial support to our clients’ Private Client team and manage a wide range of tasks. \n Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation \n Answering calls, taking messages and helping clients visiting the office \n File management, both hard copy and soft copy using client management software \n Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering checks using provided systems \n Native or Fluent Italian speaking and writing required (not essential)\n Previous experience working within a legal environment \n Audio and copy typing experience \n Working knowledge and confidence in using office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc \n Competent using excel and working with spreadsheets and mail merge documents \n Ability to work with, and willingness to take direction from various levels of legal staff from partner to trainee \n Pleasant telephone manner and ability to field telephone call and assist clients with their queries \n Excellent starting salary which will be discussed at time of application \n Generous holiday allowance \n Excellent training and a clear career path \n Pension \n Flexible working upon request \n Life Assurance ...
