Join a fast-paced, customer-focused marina team in a hands-on night operations role. As a Marina Operative, you'll take ownership of site safety, security, and customer service, ensuring smooth overnight operations across the marina.
A practical, front-line position combining security, maintenance, and customer interaction. You'll be responsible for patrolling the site, monitoring safety, supporting visitors, and maintaining high operational standards throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols and report any issues or incidents
Monitor safety and security of boats, buildings, vehicles, and people
Welcome late arrivals and visitors, managing access and enquiries
Allocate berths efficiently and support occupancy management
Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks
Keep the site clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Respond effectively to emergencies and follow procedures
Ensure compliance with site regulations and HSE standards
Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
