We are ideally looking for an experienced individual who has excellent standards in all areas of office administration, and customer service.
We will only consider applications from individuals with a minimum of 2 years office experience.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, and hard-working, with great interpersonal skills when speaking with clients, either by phone, email or face to face. Given the regulated environment we work within, a good attention to detail is essential. Proficiency with word and excel is a minimum standard and full training with be given with any other systems we may use.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday - 8.45am start and 5:15pm finish)
