Pilgrim's Europe are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to lead our team at our Prepared Chicken Craigavon Site. This site produces award winning products, where people and innovation are key. As part of the senior leadership team, HR Business Partner will provide a strategic, proactive, effective and professional HR service to the site and all it's internal customers. Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven Policies, procedures and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations. Proactively deliver and embed all aspects of Group driven initiatives including employee reward, performance, development, DE&I and what we bring to the table. Working with the Site Director and the site Leadership team implement the Group People strategy, cascading to all levels and support with the delivery of the people initiatives. Support Site Director and Site Leadership team with Complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance and capability, including supporting on any investigations.
