Location and Hours
Location: Speke / Wymondham - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired.

Your Responsibilities
As our Drainage and Water Design Team Leader, you will:
* Lead a small Building & Development Drainage & Water team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Introduce and embed standardized delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Plan, price, and deliver lump-sum Design & Build work packages while managing tight deadlines and multiple stakeholder requirements.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring transparent communication and a first-class service.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Proven experience leading and developing small, highly technical design teams.
* Strong ability to manage programmes, budgets, and risks across building and development projects.
* Experience managing clients and stakeholders, including end-users and government-funded clients.
* Demonstrated delivery of high-quality, compliant drainage and flood risk solutions.
* Knowledge of SUDS, Planning Policy, Building Regulations, and flood risk strategy approvals.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
