The Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Co-ordinator to support our growing Recruitment Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Assist the team with all recruitment activity through advertising, direct sourcing activity, screening and other recruitment administration activities as well as managing the overall candidate experience Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and vacancy data. Support the team with job postings, shortlisting, and interview logistics. Assist in drafting job descriptions and adverts in line with company branding. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, GDPR, and employment legislation. Support the Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator with onboarding processes including offer letters and pre-employment checks. Produce recruitment reports and metrics for internal stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function. Assist with co-ordinating all recruitment related events. Work with the team to support the Early Careers programme. Experience / skills / qualifications We are looking for someone who is not just experienced, but also passionate about recruitment and making a difference. Ideally, you’ll have: A proven track record in Recruitment Administration and Co-ordination activities, ideally within Aviation, Defence, Engineering, or Technology sectors. Organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS systems. Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices is desirable. A commitment to delivering a high-quality service. A team player, willing to multi-task and lean in to support recruitment delivery across multiple functions within the business.
