3. Prepare and analyse management accounts to support business strategies.
4. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
5. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
6. Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
7. Support cost control measures and profitability improvement initiatives.
8. Deliver timely financial reports to key stakeholders.
9. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
10. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
11. A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
12. Proven experience in management accounting.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial systems and software.
