Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, guest experience, sales, profit, operational standards, and Health & Safety.
* Ensuring that TGI Friday's standards are maintained and the store performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence strategy.
* Leading by example and serving as a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays.
* Managing budgets, labour controls, forecasting, audits, and due diligence.
* Driving sales and delivering business results through strong commercial acumen.
* Resolving problems quickly and effectively.
* Communicating clearly to inspire and delight guests.
Qualifications
* Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
* Demonstrated ability to cultivate a guest‑obsessed culture.
* Restaurant or hospitality experience.
* Proven track record of leading teams to success.
* Strong financial skills, comfortable managing audits and due diligence.
* Ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
* Strong commercial acumen that drives sales and delivers business results.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and quick thinking.
* Great communication skills that inspire a team and enhance the guest experience.
