Purpose of the job:
This role provides support to the Head of Housing in the delivery of the Housing Sustainment service via our various Housing Pathways.
This Service Lead role is to be recruited with the specialist focus of Housing Services;
We are seeking a highly visible and credible leader with the ability to inspire and motivate across a variety of localities/job roles and housing functions.
We want someone motivated by providing high quality, customer focused housing services to a variety of customers with varied and often multiple support needs.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Regulatory and legislative awareness and compliance
* Delivery of a robust Housing Management service combined with the goals and aspirations of our sustainment provision
* Competent with all aspects of tenancy enforcement
* Ensure services are financially robust and sustainable

* Provide confident, inspirational and motivational leadership, whilst maintaining commercial integrity at all times.

Hours of Work
It is expected that the usual working pattern is 37 hours per week between Monday and Friday. However, the ability to work flexibly is required to deliver operational results across our services some of which run 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Therefore, the successful applicant will be required to take part in a Senior Manager on call rota which will provide second tier support for out of hours management cover for all Brighter Futures projects, approx. 1 in every 8 weeks.
