We are looking for a Talent Attraction Marketing Lead to drive candidate attraction across the Central & Eastern Europe region.
This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing, and AI-enabled recruitment and is focused on building scalable, performance-driven strategies that generate qualified candidate pipelines.
As automation tools (e.g., Talkpush) streamline candidate processing, this role ensures high-quality, well-targeted candidate inflow, optimizing the full funnel from awareness to application.
What You Will Do
Digital Talent Demand Generation
* Own and drive digital talent attraction strategy across CEE markets
* Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok) aligned with hiring demand
* Manage and optimize the end-to-end candidate funnel
* Monitor and improve performance metrics (CPH, CPL, conversion rates, time-to-fill contribution)
* Optimize channel mix, targeting, creatives, and budget allocation based on performance insights
* Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to translate hiring needs into data-driven marketing plans
* Work with Digital Marketing teams and/or agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and accountability
Organic Social Media for Talent Attraction
* Define and guide organic social media strategy aligned with hiring priorities
* Ensure consistency of messaging across markets, leveraging EVP where relevant
* Support local teams with content direction and frameworks (not execution-heavy role)
Employer Brand & Reputation
* Support employer branding initiatives as supporting levers for attraction
* Contribute to reputation management (e.g., Glassdoor, local platforms)
* Ensure alignment between brand positioning and hiring needs
What You Bring
* 7+ years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (talent environment)
* Strong hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google; TikTok is a plus)
* Proven ability to manage and optimize lead generation or conversion funnels
* Strong understanding of:
o campaign performance metrics
o audience targeting & segmentation
o budget allocation & optimization
o A/B testing and continuous improvement
* Experience working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and external partners
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate hiring demand into marketing actions
Experience in recruitment marketing is a strong advantage, but candidates from performance marketing backgrounds who can translate their expertise into talent attraction are highly relevant.
