Business Development Manager – Structured Cabling | £55,000–£65,000 + Commission | West Midlands
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Structured Cabling and ICT solutions division. The successful candidate will focus on developing new business, managing key client relationships, and achieving strong sales and margin performance across the West Midlands and surrounding regions.
You’ll represent the full range of company services, collaborating with operations and project teams to deliver tailored connectivity and infrastructure solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the structured cabling and connectivity sectors.
3. Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
4. Lead solution development and coordinate internal resources to meet client requirements.
5. Prepare and present high-quality tenders, proposals, and sales presentations.
6. Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
7. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
