About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Commerce Director to lead our online presence and drive customer engagement. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with data and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shopify Management: Own and optimise our Shopify stores, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Email Marketing: Manage lifecycle and transactional email flows, working closely with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns.
* Data Analysis: Analyse site performance, digital marketing data, and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
* International Growth: Partner closely with our Marketing and Wholesale teams to manage and optimise product listings on Amazon and Faire.
Requirements:
* 3+ years hands-on experience managing ecommerce websites, ideally with Shopify.
* Data-driven with strong commercial acumen.
* Experience in email marketing & CRM – Klaviyo knowledge preferred but not essential.
* A brand-minded approach with a passion for storytelling and delivering an experience that reflects quality and craftsmanship.
* A problem-solver comfortable troubleshooting ecommerce challenges.
