At Causon Business Finance, we help businesses access the funding they need to grow. We work with ambition-led clients who need the right finance partner by their side. We’re now looking for a part-time Sales support representative on an 11-month fixed-term contract to join us from 22nd September, helping keep our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll be an essential support for our two experienced Business Finance Consultants – helping them focus on relationships while you take care of detail, admin, and client follow-ups.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Supporting the sales team by preparing finance quotes, proposals and CRM updates
Submitting finance applications to lender portals and tracking credit decisions
Following up with clients via phone or email to progress deals
Using your eye for detail to make sure all client data is handled accurately and securely
Liaising with lenders, internal colleagues and clients to keep everything moving
Keeping templates and documents up to date and looking professional
What we’re looking for
This is a support role – not a sales role – but you’ll still be confident picking up the phone to speak to clients professionally and politely. You’ll be comfortable with admin and systems, and you'll take pride in being thorough and organised.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Previous experience in a financial services, automotive, or similar regulated industry
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Confidence using CRM systems (we’ll train you on our bespoke system, Finova)
The ability to work with accuracy, discretion and initiative
A friendly, team-first approach

Contract: 11-month fixed-term (maternity cover), with possible extension or permanent employment
Start date: 22nd September 2025 (to allow for a handover period)
Hours: 18–20 hours per week, ideally spread across 4 or 5 days
Location: Hinckley (LE10) – in-office to start, potential for some home working later
Salary: £28,000 pro rata to part time hours.
