The Opportunity As the new Care Home Manager / Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred care in a safe, warm and supportive environment. The successful Care Home Manager / Registered Manager will work closely with senior leadership teams to continue driving quality, improve occupancy, support staff development and maintain excellent CQC standards. This role would suit a confident Care Home Manager / Registered Manager with previous experience managing Residential or Dementia care services who thrives in a leadership position and has a genuine passion for elderly care.
