The remainder of the apprenticeship is plant-based, working in operations and engineering on CHP’s, AD plants, Gas upgrading plants. During the programme you will gain practical experience in your chosen mechanical-electrical engineering maintenance, and learn other key skills such as communication, team-working, problem solving, IT and other employability skills. The training you will be getting Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Diploma Level 3 What will I study? This apprenticeship will give you the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work as Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician and we offer the following routes: Electrical Technician Mechanical Technician Electrical System and Process Control Technician Electromechanical Technician You will also work towards the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Diploma and produce a portfolio of evidence on which the End-Point Assessment (EPA) technical interview will be based. Method of delivery: A flexible model of delivery is available based on the employer’s needs and can include an optional Level 2 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering How will I be assessed? Successful achievement of the End-Point Assessment (EPA) will lead to final certification of the apprenticeship.
