About the Opportunity: The overriding purpose of apprenticeships at Arden University is to ensure all our learners can succeed whilst remaining safe, happy and supported. To underpin this the Internal Quality Assurer will be responsible for conducting quality assurance activities in line with the Quality Assurance Strategy as well as external stakeholder requirements, including Ofsted. You will positively impact the learner journey by providing clear, constructive, supportive and timely feedback to Higher Apprenticeship coaches. You will share best practice and support standardisation activities to ensure our programmes are best in class. The role impacts on our internal quality benchmarks and our external regulators, which include Ofsted and ESFA. About You: To be successful as an Internal Quality Assurer you must have: Essential: Evidenced capability of IQA of Leadership and Management qualifications. Significant experience of Higher apprenticeship delivery and monitoring quality assurance processes. Internal Quality Assurance Qualification Desirable skills: Teaching Qualification Leading systematic quality improvement in Academic &/or apprenticeship delivery Knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework Experience of participating in Ofsted inspections.
