HR and Office Manager – Leamington Spa

We are building a team that will help grow Elegant Clutter’s art and sculpture business in the hospitality industry on a global scale. We’ve recently moved to new purpose-built studios in Leamington Spa, housing our artists, projects team and head office functions, totalling 55 people. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to establish robust people processes and lead the design and implementation of a fit-for-purpose HR system tailored to our culture and scale. Elegant Clutter runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and we want to embed this framework, including its HR processes, across the business. This role is crucial in building the foundations for a supportive, compliant, and future-proof HR function. Employee retention and engagement are primary objectives for this person.
As the HR & Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role combines strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on office management.
Salary band: £35k to £40k depending on experience
