The client's health conditions include: • 4P Syndrome (deletion of chromosome 4) • Developmental delay • Diabetes • Hearing loss • Assistance with enteral feeding • Medication administration (Full medication training will be provided) The ideal carer will be kind, caring, and attentive in their approach, with a positive and compassionate nature.

Previous experience with these conditions would be beneficial; however, full support and training can be provided within the role. Shifts Day shift 8am-8pm.
