Please note that this role location is for Wagamama York Designer Outlet (unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The role |
As a front of house manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
* Managing and planning shifts to ensure adequate coverage and team engagement
* Handling labour and rotas, with an understanding of financial performance
* Celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
