Job Title: Part-Time Team Leader - Supported Living
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Team Leader to join our supported living home in Banbury.

The position is part-time, requiring 18.75 hours per week, with flexible working hours across a shift rota available 24/7.
Note: One of the roles is open to female applicants only, as required by the Equalities Act 2010.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in care and be role models for excellent support, inspiring others to achieve their goals.
Our support focuses on each individual's values, preferences, and needs, including developing daily living skills, community access, personal care, and medication management. You will also lead and support a team of support workers.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism
2. Relevant social care qualification or working towards one
3. Previous management experience and qualification (desirable)
4. Experience in team development
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
6. Resilience to overcome challenges
Responsibilities:
1. Empower individuals to live fulfilling lives
2. Provide leadership and supervision to support workers
3. Assist in coaching and mentoring team members
4. Provide direct care and model best practices
5. Coordinate daily support activities to ensure high-quality service
6. Manage resources, finances, and ensure compliance with legal and care standards
Salary: Basic hourly rate £15.12 - £16.05, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time annual salary ranges from £29,566 to £31,378 (pro-rata for part-time).
