One of Loriens large scale Public Sector Clients are looking for a Research Officer to support the final phase of a major public engagement programme that gathered experiences from over 12,500 people. These insights will directly inform recommendations to government.
What You'll Do:
6. Analyse and report on a large set of qualitative data using tools like NVivo (training can be provided).
7. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to produce impactful reports.
8. Help ensure the voices of diverse communities are heard and reflected in the findings.
9. Contribute to a human rights-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to research.
What We're Looking For:
10. A PhD or Master's degree (with practical experience) in social sciences, public health, or a related field.
11. Strong skills in qualitative research and analysis.
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
13. Experience with (or willingness to learn) qualitative analysis software.
