Project Coordinator – International Hotel Interior Design Projects
We are seeking a highly organized and design-focused Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-profile international interior design and interior architecture projects across the luxury hospitality sector. The role involves overseeing BIM and Revit workflows, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the integrity and quality of interior design from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Assist project leadership and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Oversee and manage BIM and Revit workflows for interiors.
* Align interior, architectural and consultant packages, maintaining quality and integrity.
* Track project progress, supporting communication across teams.
* Contribute to high-quality, detail-driven interior outcomes.
* Coordinate consultants and manage detailed design information and documentation.
* Manage multiple workstreams effectively.
* Maintain strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Communicate clearly and professionally under pressure.
* Demonstrate proactive mindset and initiative.
* Adapt to international projects and cultural contexts.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting interior design or interior architecture projects from concept through to delivery.
* Strong foundation in interior design, spatial planning and technical detailing.
* Proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments, particularly for interiors.
* Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including designers, architects and consultants.
* Ability to coordinate consultants and manage detailed design information and documentation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clear communication skills and a professional, calm approach under pressure.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
* Adaptable and comfortable working across international projects.
* Solid grounding in design principles, materiality and user experience.
* Valid Right to Work (RTW) in the UK.
