BAND: 5 JOB PURPOSE: The HB System Support Officer will undertake a key role within the Housing Benefit System Support Team, reporting to the HB Systems Assistant Manager. They will assist with the effective operation of the Housing Benefit System Support Team. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Possess a degree or equivalent Level 6* qualification plus 2 year's relevant experience. * Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies OR 2. Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and at least 3 years' relevant experience (Please include dates) APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
