Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey this September? We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in Chelmsford who are seeking passionate ECTs to join their teams for the new academic year.

The Role:
1. Full-time teaching position starting in September
2. Opportunities available across primary and secondary settings
3. Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
5. Monitor and support student progress

6. ECT status (or due to qualify this academic year)
7. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
8. Good classroom management and organisational skills
9. A commitment to continuous professional development
