A well-regarded, 2-form entry mainstream primary school in Sutton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2025.

The Role:
1. Full class teacher responsibilities for a Year 5 class
2. Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
3. Working closely with the parallel Year 5 teacher for collaborative planning
4. Maintaining strong classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment
5. Monitoring pupil progress and implementing effective strategies for improvement
6. Participating in the wider life of the school including parents' evenings, trips, and staff CPD
Ideal Candidate:
7. Holds UK QTS and has experience teaching in KS2 (Year 5 desirable)
8. Is a team player with strong communication skills
9. Has excellent behaviour management and high expectations for pupils
10. Is passionate about teaching and making a lasting impact on learners
11. Is reflective, resilient, and committed to continuous professional development
